If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our us promptly. We will document your complaint and as we investigate how to best resolve the issue. All defects / order issues must be reported to Kelly Gray Design within 5 days of receiving your order.

We offer full refunds as house credit or reprints on defective print orders.

Determination of order defects is at the discretion of Kelly Gray Design. Client will be requested to submit digital photos to document the product's defects. In some cases, Client will be required to ship defective product(s) back to Kelly Gray Design at their own expense and in an agreed upon reasonable time frame. In cases where the order is required to be shipped back to Kelly Gray Design at Client expense, Kelly Gray Design may reimburse Client for shipping if a defect is determined to exist.

Any charges related to expedited orders, such as rush printing or shipping, are non-refundable for defective products unless UPS delivers a defective product or fails to deliver an order.

Turnaround time and shipping options for reprinted orders varies due to available production capacity and are at the Kelly Gray Designs discretion.

Direct mail services are not subject to the above stated standard return policies and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for potential refunds or reprints.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and with over 10 years of experience and an expert customer support, we’re confident that’ll you’ll be happy with our services. In the unlikely event that Kelly Gray Design doesn’t meet all of your needs, simply cancel your hosting plan within the first 30 days and we’ll refund your hosting fees.*

Termination: Hosting may be terminated or cancelled for any reason by any party with 30 days written notice. Any remaining balance for unused months will be issued back to the client in the form of a check minus costs for $50.00 upload and shipping fee of website to the address on the account.
